When Peter Moore designed the Jordan 1, skateboarding was probably the last thing he was thinking the shoe would be used for. But over the years skaters have fallen in love with the Jordan 1. Back in 2014, Jordan Brand collaborated with skater Lance Mountain and they brought the first Jordan skate shoe to life with three different colorways of the Nike SB x Air Jordan 1. Jordan Brand and Nike SB are dropping another sneaker that has that lance mountain esque quality of revealing the colorway under a top layer of paint. In its fresh out of the box state, the sneaker’s leather construction is covered in Black, White and Light Bone paint, but when worn, the Black on the Swooshes and heel collar reveals a Bright Crimson color, while the Grey leather on the upper unveils a complimenting Light Pink color. Depending on if you want the paint to wear away naturally, or you customize it yourself, the possibilities of what your pair will look like are endless.
